As If!

Ok, here is the skinny...My daughter is in the familyroom with a bunch of teens watching Clueless. Yes, there are a few girls, but there are two umm, boys, young men, teenage males. In case you missed it she is making them watch CLUELESS. I am a girl, and I would rather be shot than sit and watch that movie. That is why I am blogging....She told me to go blog so I wouldn't be in the same room as her and her "friend". Anyway, these boys would rather sit in Coral's livingroom and watch a total chick flick than anything else. This way they can breath the same air as her as she tells them to be quiet so she can watch the movie. One guy continues to pretend he is ramming a sword through his chest, but yet he stays...Why you ask. Because she is my daughter...No really because she is a cuttie. One of them called her a goddess to be exact. So, on with the story. Yesterday I ordered 10 YARDS of peat gravel for under the play structure and trampoline. Guess who has been here for the past two days shoveling and hauling rock into my backyard. Yep, teenage males. They straightened up my familyroom, thanked me for dinner four or five times, and shook our hands good bye thanking us for letting them be here. Oh, your welcome. Come back anytime and work your teenage male hind ends off so that you can spend a few minutes with my daughter who is constantly telling you you are one of the girls. No wonder the guy wants to ram a sword through his beating heart. "One of the girls, friend" All the phrases a male dreads the most, but the most wonderful words a mama could hear. As a friend of mine would say, "It pays to have girls." At least today and yesterday anyway....

That is hilarious! I have to warn Justin and Alec about the power of females.

P.S. How do you think my dad got the fence posts for his corral put in?
