Out of Control

The only thing that is running through my mind tonight is, "Super Nanny, help!" Know the show? It is the one where the parents are dazed and the kids are out of control. That was how my evening went. They were bouncing off the walls from 5-7. Steve finally put them in separate rooms because nothing else would work. They spent about thirty minutes each in time-outs in a sixty minute period of time. It didn't even effect Evan. He would just sit in his chair for three minutes and look around. Little booger. At least they stayed in the chair for the time-outs. I guess it could have been worse...

Right now they are sitting on Daddy's lap reading books, calmly I might add. All cherub like in their clean jamies and fresh from their baths. I have no idea what came over them or where it went. I am just glad it is gone. The funny thing is that they had no sugar today.

Here are some pics of our trip to the Washington Coast which had the warmest water I have felt since I went to Mexico 12 years ago. There were even shells and all these beautiful little white rocks. I also have included a picture of Ryan and Coral's one year anniversary. I told Ryan he better settle down or he would be out of good ideas before he even proposed...

Ummm....are you forgetting our trip to Disneyland? When our flip flops melted into the asphalt? Where even ex-Phoenix dwellers had never felt such intense heat? Our rental van registered 120 degrees IN THE UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGE!!! God bless Colorado. Nice pics though.

Love, Aunt Kelly

You are so funny, Kelly. We actually got rained out the last night and if you will look closely in the picture some of the kids are in sweatshirts. No, Cali wins the hottest in my memory prize, except I do remember walking with you to the grocery in Phoenix and almost passing out when the airconditioning hit me in the grocery store. My body temp changed way to fast...Maybe that heat was produced by how hot WE were back then though. Anyway, love you and how are those pain meds?:-)
